Welcome to ZYORA. By accessing or using our website and services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
01 Use of service
ZYORA provides a platform to create and deploy AI chatbots trained on user-provided knowledge. You are responsible for the content you upload and the messages sent by your bots.
02 User accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.
03 Telegram integration
If you connect a Telegram bot to ZYORA, you authorize us to receive and process messages sent to that bot through the Telegram Bot API. You agree to comply with Telegram’s Terms of Service and Bot Platform rules. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Telegram, including bot suspension or data restrictions.
04 Data and privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy (below). By using ZYORA, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
05 Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, or to infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
06 Limitation of liability
ZYORA is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or damages resulting from bot responses.
07 Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

This Privacy Policy describes how ZYORA (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services.
01 Information we collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account, adding knowledge sources, or connecting third-party services like Telegram. This may include your name, email address, and any content you upload. We also collect messages sent to your bots.
02 How we use information
We use the information to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, to provide customer support, and to comply with legal obligations. Messages sent to bots may be processed by AI models to generate responses.
03 Telegram data
If you connect a Telegram bot, we access messages sent to that bot solely to provide the chatbot functionality. We do not sell this data. You can disconnect at any time via your ZYORA dashboard.
04 Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., hosting, AI providers) under strict confidentiality agreements.
05 Data retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion by contacting us.
06 Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
07 Children’s privacy
Our Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
08 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page.
